Physical Activities  


While the daily academic curriculum integrates physical education in innovative way, we also have a host of other activities to help with the physical development of our young minds:


Yoga has three-fold benefits in terms of training of the body, reining of the mind and development of spirituality. Weekly Yoga classes are conducted for all students for the honing of their personalities. 


Taekwondo is an ancient Korean Martial Art characterized by punching and kicking techniques, with emphasis on head-height kicks, jumping & spinning kicks, and fast kicking techniques. It is an excellent form of exercise and builds concentration and focus. Students are trained by an experienced coach on a weekly basis and many have competed in state level competitions as well.


Skating is an excellent way to increase attention span and build body balance. It also helps to boost confidence. Weekly classes help students to achieve expertise and finesse. Many students have won championships at the national level under the guidance of our expert coaches.
