Admission Policy

2. The age criteria will be followed without exception.
3. Quota for children from the EWS category/ disadvantaged groups not available.
4. Procedure for Admission
a. As the first step, the parent has to procure a registration form from the school reception for a nominal fee. The registration form must be submitted along with a copy of the Birth Certificate of the Child (issued by State/ Central Government) of the child for the process to move forward. b. After the registration, a School Insight Programme (SIP) will be conducted in the school premises. It is an orientation programme of sorts designed to give you an insight into the school to enable you to make an informed decision.
c. Along with the SIP, entrance tests shall be conducted for children applying to classes KG, I, II and III. Therefore, the kids must accompany parents for the SIP.
d.There will be no tests for admission into Nursery and Pre-Nursery. An interaction will be scheduled with the prospective students of Nursery in which their future teachers will interact with them at length. The interaction will be conducted on the day of the SIP.
e. List of Selected Students will be put up on the School Website and at the school reception.
f. After selection, the following admission formalities will be completed accordingly:

- The following original documents and their copies must be produced at the time of admission:

Birth Certificate of the Child issued by State/ Central Government

Address Verification: Ration Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Domicile Certificate of the Child or of any parent. Electricity Bill and MTNL Telephone Bill also allowed.

4 Photographs of the Child and 2 Photographs each of both parents.

Fee of 3 months plus admission charges

Admission shall be denied if any document is found to be falsified.
g. At the time of admission, the first fee including admission charges will be accepted only in the form of cash.
h. Fee will be payable as per the latest fee structure duly approved by the management.
5. The following concessions shall be applicable:

6. The last date for fee payment will be the 10th of every month.
7. From the 11th of every month, a fine to the tune of Rs. 5 per day will be applicable till the date of actual payment.
8. In case of withdrawal of admission before the start of the academic session, admission fee and other one-time charges will not be refunded. Tuition Fee will be refunded after the deduction of one month’s fee.
9. Once an admission form is issued to a parent, a deadline will be given for the submission of fee and the completion of admission. If the fee is not submitted within the given deadline, the admission form will be treated as cancelled. The parent is welcome to come back and fill up the form as per the availability of seats. They must follow the same procedure as any new parent. However, they will be given lower priority than an altogether new parent, in case the issue of seat availability arises.
10. Any recommendation or any influence exerted by any outside source to secure admission will lead to the immediate cancellation of registration.
