1. The age criteria shall be followed without any exception.
2. Procedure for admission
a. After completion of registration, parents will be invited to school for a School Insight Programme (SIP)
A Seminar for an Introduction to the School.
b. On the same day, Entrance tests for admission into Class 2 and Class 3 will be conducted in the
school premises.Syllabus for the same will be provided at the time of registration. No admission tests
shall be conducted for classes pre-nursery, pre-school, pre-primary and class 1.
c. The aspiring students of pre-nursery, pre-school, pre-primary, and class 1 will be invited to school on
the day of the SIP to familiarize them with the school surroundings and the teachers.
d.Selection Lists will be put up on the School Website and at the school reception. The dates for
the release of the lists shall be intimated at the time of the SIP.
e. After selection, the following admission formalities will be completed accordingly.

● The following original documents must be produced at the time of admission:
o Birth Certificate of the Child issued by State/ Central Government
o Address Verification: Ration Card/ Aadhar Card/ Voter ID Card/ Passport/ Domicile Certificate of the
Child or of any parent. Electricity Bills and MTNL Telephone Bills are also allowed. However, the bill
must be in the name of any one of the parents.
o Aadhar Card of the Child (Mandatory Requirement)
o 2 Photographs of the Child and 2 Photographs each of both parents. One Photograph of the
Guardian, if any.
o 3 months’ fee plus admission charges as per the latest fee structure
o Admission will be denied/cancelled if any document is found to be falsified.
3. At the time of admission, the first fee including admission charges will be accepted only in
the form of cash.
4. Fee will be payable as per the latest fee structure duly approved by the management.
5. The following fee concessions will be applicable:

6. The last date for fee payment will be the 10th of every month.
7. From the 11th of every month, a fine to the tune of Rs. 5 per day will be applicable till the date of
actual payment.
8. In case of withdrawal of admission before the start of the academic session, only the admission
fee will be non- refundable.
9. Once an admission form is issued to a parent, a deadline shall be given for the submission of fee
and the completion of admission. If the fee is not submitted within the given deadline, the
admission form will be treated as cancelled. The parent is welcome to come back and fill up the
form again as per the availability of seats. They must follow the same procedure as any new
parent. However, they will be given lower priority than an altogether new parent, in case the issue
of seat availability arises.
10. Any recommendation or any influence exerted by any outside source to secure admission will
lead to the immediate cancellation of registration.
