Dr. Punam Suri (President, DAV CMC & Arya Pradeshik Pratinidhi Upsabha)

Dr Punam Suri is an educationist, journalist and Padma Shri Awardee. Being the President of the DAV family, he has guided the fraternity through many ups and downs. Through many well-planned & executed activities and campaigns, Dr. Suri has enhanced the ‘DAV Brand’ during his tenure. He is a president par excellence with his extensive knowledge of the world, excellent oratory skills, and infinite wisdom. Due to his astute leadership, DAV has been able to stay strong and united even in times of extreme adversity. He is truly a guiding light for the DAV Community.

Dr. Nisha Peshin (Director PS II, DAV CMC)

Dr. Nisha Peshin is an eminent educationist and curriculum developer. Presently, she serves as the Director, Public Schools of DAV CMC, a post she has lovingly cherished over the years. During her tenure, she has wholly revolutionized teaching methodologies in DAV’s pedagogy. Her focus has been on changing the early childhood methods of education, transitioning from traditional teaching methods to the more progressive schools of thought. She has single-handedly developed the current curriculum for early childhood education at DAV.  Her dynamic leadership makes DAV a pioneer in revolutionary educational practices.
