FOSTERING CREATIVITY
Our co-curricular activities curriculum stimulates our students to develop, nurture and foster their creative instincts. It motivates them to develop into well-rounded personas who can carve a niche for themselves in the world.
The curriculum includes the following:
Dance
The school has a full-time dance teacher to train students in classical and contemporary dance forms, both Indian and western. Students are trained to grasp the nuances of dance while enjoying the freedom of movement.
Art and Craft
We believe in the integration of our academic curriculum with Art and Craft so that students can enjoy learning. Further, it is believed that art and craft helps young children explore and express their emotions, talk about their difficulties, their future dreams and aspirations, even if they have not yet developed a full vocabulary to do so. Naturally, Art & Craft is an important component of our curriculum and is given due importance in the form of weekly periods and a dedicated teacher.

Drama and Role Play
Drama and theatre provides children an outlet and an opportunity to express their pent up emotions. It is also an excellent way to build confidence and boost morale. Teachers conduct the following activities to encourage dramatic expression:
Role Play activities are a part of their everyday academic curriculum. Students get ample opportunities to play different roles and characters from their textbooks and stories.
Presentations
Every month, students are given a presentation topic such as, Story Telling, States of India, Festivals of India, Countries of the World etc based on their class and age. Students are expected to use costumes and props to present their allotted topics in the most effective manner possible. These presentations are like competitions in the sense that they give stage exposure, but encourage 100% participation and reward each and every student in different categories (Excellent, Very Good and Good) thereby encouraging free participation.
Regular participation in Special Assemblies and Celebrations involving plays, skits and dramatic presentations.
